New-Jersey Apple Orchard

Typical Picking Season: Early September through mid October

We grow several delicious varieties of apples at Stony Hill Farms. In the fall, our apple trees are loaded with fruit. Picking apples is easy and fun with our dwarf apple trees.  Pick your own apples or visit our Farm Market for pre-picked apples.

Pick-your-own dates and availability are based on growing season and weather. Please call or check our Facebook page to see what varieties are ripe and/or to check for weather closings.

Enjoy a Popular Fall Tradition at the Farm

Come make some memories and take a little part of the fall season home with you.

Other Fun

When you visit the farm during the fall, don’t miss out on other activities at our Maze Fun Park!

Hayrides (Weekends Only)

During the weekend, take a hayride out to the pumpkin patch and enjoy the sights and sounds of the farm!

Guests may also opt to walk to the fields if they prefer.

Gemstone Mining

Get a chance to search for gems! We’ve built a mining sluice where you can have your own old-time gold-panning experience. Empty part of your bag in a screen-bottom box, “sluice” it in the water flume, and wash away the dirt to reveal your hidden gemstones!

Giant Corn Maze

Be prepared to “get lost” on a fantastic adventure. Inside our 10-acre Giant Maize Quest® Corn Maze, you will find twisting pathways, bridges, and fun activity stations. It’s a maze, it’s a game, it’s educational, and it’s FUN!

Mini Corn Maze

Not ready to take on the challenge of our gigantic 10-acre corn maze? This smaller, 1-acre version of our corn maze is great for younger maze explorers and first-timers!

Noah's Ark Playground

Our children’s play area consists of a giant Noah’s Ark, featuring ladders, slides, and a top deck lookout. Surrounding the area are picnic tables where you can sit and watch your children play.

Trike Rides

Race to the finish line! Put your pedaling skills to the test as you race your family and friends around our trike track!

Barnyard Board Game

Play our life-sized boardgame! Consider this an Agricultural-themed Candyland, where you play as the game piece! Big, bright, and colorful, this boardgame provides fun for all.

Rope Maze

Nautical rope forms a path leading to the deck of a pirate ship. Kids can weave through the rope and ring the giant bell when they master the maze and reach the center.

Tile Maze

This may seem simple and small, but our tile maze is deceptively tricky! Anyone clever enough to figure the tile maze out in under 20 minutes is a top Maze Master. This maze is composed of 270 tiles and the one rule: you may only make right turns.

Concessions
