Stony Hill has been growing orchids for over 30 years. Our emphasis when we opened was on cut orchid flowers! Over the years, we have expanded our operations from 40 to 500 acres, now also growing fruits and vegetables, but we still love and appreciate the delicate beauties that got us started – ORCHIDS!
In 2021, we celebrated the 100th year of the American Orchid Society whose mission is to promote and support the passion for orchids through education, conservation, and research. Visitors learned all about these exotic plants as they explored our giant corn maze! They had fun getting “lost” in the maze, then stopped by our Gardens location at 8 Rte 24 to enjoy our extensive collection of orchids!
